OrthoTote™ comfortable?
Yes!!! Because

Does
OrthoTote™ work on women’s shoulder bags?
The straps on most
women’s shoulder bags are too thin to support OrthoTote™.
An OrthoTote™ made especially for women’s shoulder bags is
on the drawing board and coming soon!

What is
the maximum weight of a bag I can use with OrthoTote™?
Some people are
fine carrying bags of 25 lbs. or more (some people can also
bench press VolksWagen Beetles) but OrthoTote™ is engineered
to maintain its structural integrity and support bags up to
20 lbs., with optimum efficiency in bags up to 15 lbs. |

What do
I do if my shoulder strap already has a pad on it?
The new
OrthoTote™ Universal Replacement
Strap was designed for bags
with removable straps (attached with “D” rings) and pads
that are not compatible with OrthoTote. |

the product warranty?
Brida Research,
Inc.
warrants OrthoTote™ against manufacturing
defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
Upon return of the defective product with a dated proof of
purchase, Brida Research, Inc. reserves the right to replace
or refund the purchase price exclusive of any shipping or
handling charges. This warranty specifically excludes damage
due to abuse or misuse of the product.
No product may be returned without
contacting Brida Research, Inc. to receive a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific shipping
directions. No replacements or refunds will be issued for
unauthorized returns. |
